Java Fullstack React Developer

Job Overview

We invite applications for the role of Java Fullstack Developer with expertise in React, to be based in Pune, Noida, Gurugram, or Chennai. The working shift is from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-level applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices, focusing on scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Lead strategic technical decisions involving application modernization, framework choices, and adoption of cloud-native technologies.
• Architect distributed systems and API-driven platforms aligned with overall business objectives.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, governance, reusable frameworks, and secure development practices across teams.
• Manage engineering teams fostering collaboration among cross-functional groups and stakeholders.
• Ensure non-functional aspects including scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery are implemented effectively.
• Lead architectural reviews, technical discussions, and modernization efforts to build future-proof application ecosystems.
• Collaborate with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering projects with corporate strategies.
• Drive adoption of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization.
• Proactively identify technical risks and architecture gaps with strategies to maintain platform stability long-term.

Required Skills and Technologies

• Microservices and REST API development
• Expertise in Java 8+ with multithreading and concurrency
• React development using Hooks and Redux
• JPA for persistence layer
• Version control using GitHub
• Frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Database knowledge in MS SQL
• Message queuing with RabbitMQ
• Spring Boot framework with Spring Security using JWT
