Job description
Overview
Immediate opening for a Software Application Manager responsible for supporting global and regional HR system rollouts, deployments, and post-launch stabilization efforts.
Key Duties
- Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders to understand their requirements and help deliver effective technology solutions.
- Ensure team coordination and knowledge sharing for consistent system management.
- Configure various SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Payroll-related settings, Performance Management (PMGM), Time Management and Time Off, Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment, Onboarding, and SmartRecruiters. Tasks include setting public holiday calendars, work schedules, absences, validation rules, workflows, and role-based permissions tailored to different employee groups and locations.
- Address issues stemming from system upgrades, releases, fixes, and improvements, liaising with vendors when necessary.
- Support integration analysis and maintenance between SuccessFactors and other platforms like Time Management systems, SAP S/4HANA / ECP, SAP Concur, BPOS (integration between SuccessFactors and Microsoft Active Directory), and other third-party applications. Define workflows, value mappings, exception handlings, and integration documents.
- Provide end-user support to promote system adoption, usability, and seamless daily function.
- Maintain compliance with business controls, security protocols, regulatory mandates, and audits through disciplined configuration, access governance, and documentation practices.
- Produce and upkeep comprehensive, audit-ready documentation including configuration references, interface descriptions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project deliverables.
- Assess business needs considering system dependencies, risks, and downstream effects to suggest practical solutions.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and internal IT teams to troubleshoot issues, implement modifications, and manage dependencies across systems.
- Facilitate team cohesion by knowledge sharing, documentation maintenance, and promoting HRIS best practices.
- Monitor integrations and interfaces involving HR, Finance, and safety-related processes to detect failures or data inconsistencies and coordinate remedial action with vendors or internal groups.
- Support enhancement projects and smaller initiatives through planning, communication, and timely issue management.
- Conduct testing during implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and configuration changes, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors (such as AMS teams) to ensure smooth delivery, problem resolution, and follow-up.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and requirements with stakeholders, ensuring feasibility and business alignment, while supporting project planning and progress monitoring.
