Job Overview

We are hiring compassionate and committed Social Care Workers to offer top-quality, person-centred assistance that empowers individuals to reach their full potential and live meaningful, independent lives within their communities. This role involves supporting individuals in managing daily activities, fostering social inclusion, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in planning and managing daily routines and activities.
• Encourage and enable active participation in local community events to promote social inclusion.
• Support education, training, and skills development tailored to personal aspirations.
• Help develop and maintain independent living abilities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments, and nurturing family and social engagements.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, regulations, and codes of practice.
• Work flexibly within a 24/7 rotational shift schedule to ensure continuous care and support.

Qualifications and Skills

• Mandatory Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Studies, or a related field.
• Registration with the appropriate professional body, including CORU where applicable.
• Prior experience in social care or support is preferred but not essential.
• A positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a heartfelt commitment to enhancing lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for developing professional relationships with individuals, families, colleagues, and external professionals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Possession of a full driving license or active progress towards acquiring one.
• Flexibility and dependability to work varied shifts based on service needs.
