SOC / IP Verification Engineer

About the Team

The AI Chip Team is dedicated to the design and development of AI chips, targeting both cloud and edge computing applications. Their mission is to provide efficient, cost-effective, and independently developed AI chips and System on Chip (SoC) solutions that aid hardware and software research and development alongside fulfilling AI-related business computing needs.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain verification platforms for IP and SoC level modules.
• Conduct thorough verification tasks including test point analysis, testcase execution, and quality assurance of the deliverables.

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in microelectronics, computer science, or a related field.
• At least three years of hands-on experience in chip verification, with practical tape-out exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of chip development and verification lifecycles, proficient use of verification EDA tools, and familiarity with mainstream verification methodologies such as the Universal Verification Methodology (UVM).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of widely used bus protocols including AMBA and PCI Express (PCIe), as well as high-speed interfaces such as SerDes protocol.
• Background in verification within AI inference or training chip environments.
• Experience verifying storage subsystems like LPDDR and DRAM.
