Skilled Operator - Fruit Evening Shift (Mon-Fri)

We are currently expanding our Crewkerne production site and inviting candidates to join the Fruit evening shift (Monday to Friday, 16:00-00:00) as Skilled Operators, also known locally as Production Cleaning Operatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene within production areas according to company protocols and health & safety regulations.
• Sanitize and clean production rooms thoroughly.
• Scrub and clean production vessels effectively.
• Operate Clean-In-Place (CIP) cycles as needed.
• Clean production equipment and surrounding areas.
• Wash production trays and buckets properly.
• Strictly adhere to hygiene, health and safety procedures, and scheduled cleaning routines.
• Accurately complete and sign all necessary cleaning and production records.

• Good literacy and numeracy abilities.
• Capability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Personal dedication to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
• Highly motivated and able to work well within a team.
• Comfortable working independently without close supervision.
• Able to follow instructions and procedural guidelines precisely.
