Job description
Role Overview
The Guinness Partnership is seeking two experienced Skilled Labourers who possess strong customer service talents and a determined attitude to complete tasks efficiently. As a resident-focused organisation, how we deliver our services holds equal importance to the outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
- Emptying and cleaning vacant properties to prepare them for occupancy.
- Effectively manage damp and mould treatment interventions in occupied homes.
- Perform property and garden clearance operations.
- Conduct basic grounds maintenance tasks as necessary.
- Support and collaborate with fellow trade team members on assigned duties.
- Operate within a customer-centric environment and meet specified performance criteria.
- Execute work systematically, adhere to established procedures, and maintain accurate records of activities and data.
- Handle physically demanding tasks including lifting and working at heights while complying with Health and Safety standards.
Additional Information
Applicants should reside within 15 miles of Crewe to ensure prompt service delivery to residents. A valid full UK manual driving licence is mandatory. Candidates will undergo a basic DBS check, the cost of which will be covered by The Guinness Partnership.
