Skilled Helper

Job Overview

The Skilled Helper role involves a variety of tasks to support production, including checking and loading raw materials (RM) and other raw materials (ORM) continuously. Key duties include preparing rolls for the machine, handling pallets and packing materials, and assisting in packing, loading/unloading, weighing, and transferring goods to work-in-progress (WIP) or finished goods areas.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare rolls to be mounted on machines.
• Arrange pallets and packing materials as necessary.
• Manage packing, loading, unloading, weighing, and transfer of materials to WIP or finished goods sections.
• Monitor production machines and products during operation.
• Gather all required paperwork, parts, tools, and materials from related departments.
• Dispose of any waste produced during processes properly.
• Assist the team leader, lead operator, and operator as needed.
• Complete labeling tasks for rolls and pallets.
• Report any detected quality defects promptly to Quality Control (QC), team leaders, and operators.
• Support operators in achieving their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
