Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Skilled Foreman specializing in building construction. The ideal candidate will have over seven years of practical experience and strong technical expertise to oversee construction activities effectively on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze construction blueprints, drawings, and detailed project specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate all activities on the construction site, ensuring steady progress.
• Develop work schedules and manage the attendance and productivity of the workforce.
• Assign duties to workers and subcontractors based on project needs and priorities.
• Ensure the correct and safe use of construction machinery, tools, and personal protective equipment.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and guarantee that project timelines are met.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of building construction methods and equipment.
• A minimum of seven years' experience in the building construction field is essential.
• Competent in spoken and listening English to facilitate effective communication.
• Preferred age range: 30 to 50 years old.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from 35,000 to 40,000 INR.
