Job Overview
The Site Supervisor position at AlloyFusion Techno Services Pvt Ltd involves overseeing and managing daily site operations focusing on thermal spray coating, surface treatments, and related industrial project implementations. The incumbent reports to the Project Manager or Manager of Sales & Technical departments and works onsite at various client or project locations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and direct daily activities on the project site to ensure smooth operations and execution of industrial projects.
- Supervise manpower effectively to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate technical aspects related to thermal spray applications and other surface treatment methodologies.
- Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards for project deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements at the site.
- Maintain communication with clients and prepare reports as needed to update on project progress.
