Job Overview

Ideal Starke Services LLP is seeking experienced Site Supervisors for a building construction project located in Panvel, Navi Mumbai. The role requires overseeing daily site operations to guarantee quality, safety, and timely completion as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily activities on site, ensuring progress aligns with schedules.
• Coordinate with labour teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Inspect steel and shuttering work for accuracy in line and level.
• Maintain daily progress reports, inventory documentation, and material usage logs.
• Interpret structural and architectural drawings proficiently.
• Liaise with Site Engineer and Project Manager on updates and material needs.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain site cleanliness.
• Monitor and track material quantities and consumption.
• Plan work sequencing and ensure smooth execution of construction activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong practical understanding of construction site operations.
• Competence in calculating and monitoring material consumption.
• Able to read and comprehend construction drawings and technical site details.
• Basic skills in reporting and documentation.
• Effective team management and coordination capabilities.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications like Excel and mobile apps for reporting.
• Knowledge of construction materials and proper work sequencing.
• Demonstrates discipline, problem-solving aptitude, and supervisory skills.

Candidate Profile and Additional Information

• Minimum education requirement: 12th Pass or higher.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in building construction site supervision.
• Gender Preference: Male
• Work hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Employee benefits include Provident Fund (PF).
• Compensation package ranges from ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum.
