About the Role

We are seeking skilled, empathetic, and motivated Physiotherapists to deliver personalized physiotherapy and rehabilitation services directly at clients' residences across Bengaluru. This full-time position involves assessing individuals, designing tailored rehab programs, and aiding improvements in mobility, posture, and pain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one physiotherapy sessions at clients' homes.
• Conduct initial assessments and evaluate functional movement.
• Create and apply individualized rehabilitation and exercise regimens.
• Treat musculoskeletal issues and age-related conditions.
• Enhance mobility, correct posture, manage pain, and aid fall prevention.
• Track client progress and adjust therapies as necessary.
• Keep precise records of sessions and client responses.
• Advise clients and families on exercises, ergonomics, and preventive measures.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Travel to client locations within designated Bengaluru areas.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of BPT or MPT degree from a recognized institute.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in clinical, physiotherapy, or homecare settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy principles, rehabilitation exercises, and functional movement therapies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Capability to work independently during home visits.
• Valid driving license and preferably own two-wheeler for travel.
• Willingness to commute across Bengaluru for patient home care.

Working Conditions & Benefits

• Work schedule: 10 hours daily, 6 days a week.
• Sunday work may be required depending on client needs.
• Provident Fund facility is included.
• Monthly salary range: ₹27,000 to ₹50,000.
• Vehicle allowance between ₹2,000 and ₹4,000 per month based on vehicle ownership.

Recruitment Process

The selection includes two telephonic interview rounds followed by a final face-to-face meeting at our Whitefield office in Bengaluru.
