Site Supervisor - Cinema and Mall Construction

About the Role

Cine Square Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the construction and interior activities of an upcoming cinema located within a new mall in Indore. The position requires close supervision of daily operations to ensure timely and quality completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily work on the cinema construction site.
• Coordinate and supervise workers and contractors effectively.
• Inspect civil, electrical, plumbing, flooring, ceiling, and interior finish work.
• Track progress daily and ensure work completion according to schedule.
• Verify quality standards for work performance and material usage.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and mall authorities.
• Provide daily progress reports and flag any on-site issues to management.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper utilization at site.
• Maintain essential site documentation and reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards are met on site.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2 to 4 years of experience supervising construction or interior projects.
• Diploma, ITI, or civil engineering certification is preferred.
• Experience with mall, showroom, hotel, commercial building, or cinema construction projects is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of construction and interior workflow.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Working knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp for daily communication and reporting.
• Responsible and comfortable working on a construction site environment.

Compensation Details

The monthly salary ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000, depending on candidate experience and skill set.
