Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to design, deploy, and manage the infrastructure powering our AI Co-Workers. This role requires end-to-end ownership of reliability and close collaboration with product, AI, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust production systems to support AI workloads.
- Manage Kubernetes-based platforms for deploying and running AI applications.
- Develop and sustain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
- Create and operate Helm-driven deployment pipelines.
- Enhance observability frameworks encompassing monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Practical experience with Kubernetes environments such as EKS, AKS, GKE, or self-hosted clusters.
- Proficiency in Terraform for automating infrastructure provisioning.
- Hands-on experience with Helm for Kubernetes application deployments.
- Professional usage of two or more programming or scripting languages including Python, Go, Java, Bash, PowerShell, or Ruby.
- Effective communication skills capable of managing discussions at both technical and leadership levels.
Preferable Additional Expertise
- Experience in software development lifecycle processes incorporating CI/CD, release management, and delivery operations.
- Practical knowledge of leading cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with GitOps methodologies, particularly using ArgoCD.
- Minimum five years of professional experience relevant to site reliability and DevOps roles.
- Expertise in DevOps practices including CI/CD lifecycle ownership, infrastructure automation, and security best practices.
- Certifications like CKA, CKAD, or recognized cloud, DevOps, DevSecOps, or programming credentials are advantageous.
