Overview
An established construction firm is seeking a skilled Site Foreman to lead daily operations for a significant, long-term residential development located in Midleton, County Cork. This role involves close collaboration with the Project Manager to oversee site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the building process.
Key Details
- Work location: Midleton, Co. Cork
- Salary range: €65,000 to €70,000 per annum
- Project duration: Minimum 3 years with additional future projects in the Cork region
Responsibilities
- Supervise and take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors effectively
- Plan and monitor groundworks sequencing to maintain project schedule
- Ensure build quality and compliance with construction standards
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a Site Foreman or Supervisor on residential building projects
- Strong practical expertise in groundworks and sequencing site activities
- Timber-frame construction experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Possession of a valid Safe Pass and other relevant site certifications
