Key Responsibilities

• Uphold Aura's vision, purpose, and values consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the facility.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of all visitors and staff onsite.
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks and complete required checklists.
• Report any maintenance concerns promptly to management.
• Participate in mandatory meetings and training programs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Aura professionally.

Candidate Requirements

• Though training is provided, prior experience in cleaning is advantageous.
• A positive mindset with a strong customer service and teamwork focus.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Open to acquiring new skills and professional development.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and days.
• Fluent English communication skills are essential due to role nature.
• Applicants must be legally permitted to work in Ireland.

Compensation and Additional Information
