Job description

Role Overview

Due to significant growth, we are seeking an energetic Site Facilitator to serve multiple locations between Newcastle and Singleton. This role involves managing replacement and servicing of client accounts independently, making it ideal for those interested in account management within a physically demanding environment. A company vehicle will be provided for both professional and personal use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and negotiate optimal product and service solutions tailored to meet client requirements, including pricing, stock levels, substitutes, and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee all store operations and manage inventory systems efficiently.
  • Deliver inventory management services at customer sites in collaboration with company stakeholders.
  • Provide support for after-hours requests as authorized by supervisors or managers.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, including negotiation processes.

Candidate Requirements

  • Willingness to travel regularly to various client sites.
  • Ability to work independently, including tasks such as unloading and restocking vending machines on site.
  • Strong customer service aptitude with effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer literacy and strong problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments.
  • Must possess a full, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence.
