Site Engineer

Role Overview

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, conducting site visits, and offering technical assistance to ensure project success. This role requires you to understand clients' needs and deliver effective solutions at the site level.

Key Duties

• Engage with clients actively and participate in site inspections.
• Interpret client requirements and implement suitable on-site solutions.
• Liaise efficiently with contractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Provide support during site visits addressing technical and application-related concerns.
• Contribute to business growth by attending client meetings and handling follow-ups.
• Be prepared for frequent travel across various regions within India as site visits are a major part of the role.

Candidacy Requirements

• Strong communication skills with confidence in managing client relationships.
• A solid grasp of fundamental civil engineering principles and site functioning.
• Prior knowledge or experience in waterproofing and construction chemicals will be advantageous.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience working on construction sites.
• Must be amenable to extensive traveling and have a client-focused approach.
