Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join the site leadership team in Leixlip, Ireland, to head a large customer-facing operations division supporting a key strategic customer environment. This role will be integral in transforming our service business, nurturing high-performing teams, and positioning the site for future growth and operational excellence. It offers high visibility and the chance to shape site strategy while fostering organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a substantial, multi-tiered organization through senior managers and team leaders.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience leading managers in complex environments such as operations, engineering, manufacturing, field service, or technology sectors.
• Proven success in guiding organizational transformation and managing business changes.
• Strong track record of customer-facing leadership and ability to build trusted senior/executive relationships.
• Experience leading large teams through influence, coaching, and establishing accountability frameworks.
• Adept at balancing people management, operational demands, customer priorities, and business objectives.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to solve problems and inform decisions.
• Demonstrated capability in cultivating high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and enhancing organizational capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills within global matrix organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 15+ years of relevant leadership roles, preferably with experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, engineering services, or similar complex operational settings.
• Preferred background includes leading managers within customer-facing operational contexts.

Additional Information

• Employment Type: Full-time, Regular Employee (Assignee).
• Location: Leixlip, County Kildare, Ireland.
• Travel: Expected travel up to 20% of the time.
• Relocation: Not eligible for relocation support.
• Salary Range: €120,000 to €165,000 annually; final salary based on various factors including location, experience, and internal equity.
• Compensation also includes a comprehensive benefits package and potential eligibility for bonus and stock award programs.
