Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance predictive models that detect equipment issues before they affect clients.
  • Evaluate equipment data and trends to boost reliability, availability, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Service Engineers to expedite root cause investigations and resolve faults efficiently.
  • Maintain deep technical understanding of tools and apply this expertise when creating digital service solutions.
  • Generate dashboards, reports, and analytical insights that align with organizational and customer goals.
  • Provide training and assistance to engineers on effective uses of AIX tools and functionalities.
  • Promote and support the adoption of digital service technologies across the company.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in field service, equipment engineering, or technical issue resolution.
  • A strong desire to understand tool operations and failure modes.
  • Analytical thinker with a solid problem-solving aptitude.
  • Comfortable interacting with data, dashboards, and modern digital tools.
  • Capable communicator skilled at influencing, coaching, and supporting colleagues.
  • Eager to contribute to the evolution of predictive, data-driven service methodologies.
