About the Company

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities involving reinforced concrete and structural works, including foundations, columns, walls, and slabs.
• Manage coordination of formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring operations, materials, equipment, and logistics on site.
• Track productivity and ensure progress aligns with the approved project schedule.
• Collaborate effectively with Survey, QA/QC, Health, Safety & Environment teams, and consultants to guarantee that all work adheres to quality standards, dimensional tolerances, and inspection procedures.
• Initiate inspection requests, resolve consultant comments and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and facilitate project handover processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Have a minimum of seven years of hands-on experience supervising and executing concrete works within building construction projects.
• Demonstrated capability coordinating with multiple disciplines, including consultants and contractors.
• Proven expertise in site monitoring, quality assurance, inspections, and final project handovers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of reinforced concrete practices, formwork, concrete testing procedures, and methods adapted for hot-weather concreting.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) alongside a strong awareness of QA/QC and Health, Safety & Environment regulations.
