Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily implementation of architectural tasks such as blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, gypsum, cladding, and finishes ensuring alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
• Examine architectural shop drawings, materials submissions, and approved mock-ups for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with MEP teams, structural engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to guarantee coordinated execution.
• Initiate and track inspection requests, address consultant feedback and non-conformance reports, and manage snagging and project handovers.
• Compile progress documentation, measure completed work quantities, and maintain adherence to quality standards and health, safety, and environmental protocols.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is mandatory.
• Minimum of seven years’ experience supervising and executing architectural functions within building construction projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in inter-disciplinary coordination among consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Proven expertise in site inspections, quality assurance, snagging activities, and handover procedures.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Saudi Building Code and construction quality control processes including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Monthly Inspection Reports (WIR/MIR).
• Skilled in interpreting architectural plans, specifications, and shop drawings accurately.
