Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Site Civil Engineer to oversee day-to-day civil construction operations at our project site in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring construction activities comply with approved plans, quality benchmarks, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily civil construction tasks on-site.
• Interpret civil drawings, layouts, and technical specifications accurately.
• Ensure construction processes adhere to approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with contractors, site supervisors, laborers, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Track material consumption, manpower deployment, and overall progress of the site.
• Perform site inspections to maintain construction quality.
• Take precise measurements and keep updated daily progress reports and documentation.
• Identify any site-related challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Communicate regularly with management to provide project progress updates.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of civil construction principles and site execution techniques.
• Ability to read and comprehend drawings, perform measurements, and make estimations.
• Preference will be given to candidates with practical, hands-on experience in construction or site management.
