About the Role

Join Applegreen as a Site Administrator at our M4 Enfield Westbound location, where you will play an essential role in supporting the day-to-day operations on the frontline. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Director in ensuring strict compliance with the Applegreen Operations System Manual.
• Handle general administrative duties such as managing cash, overseeing stock control, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensure that the site is properly staffed and that all employee training requirements are met, including accurate documentation that is signed, scanned, and properly filed.

Who We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial but not essential.
• A proactive, can-do mindset combined with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to support a positive team atmosphere.
