About the Role and Location
Positioned at our Geraldton branch in Western Australia, you will report to the Parts Supervisor as a valued member of our Warehouse team in a permanent part-time capacity.
Key Activities
- Perform standard warehousing duties including picking, packing, and managing customer orders.
- Operate forklifts efficiently and safely within the warehouse environment.
- Enter and update customer order information accurately in the Warehouse Management Systems.
- Provide assistance and support to customers as part of daily operations.
Department Background
Our Geraldton branch delivers comprehensive Cat® machinery solutions for earthmoving businesses, covering new and used equipment sales, heavy equipment rentals, parts, servicing, and merchandise.
Working Hours
Five days a week, Monday through Friday, working 9.5 hours each day including an unpaid meal break.
Required Skills and Background
- A positive and proactive mindset combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer use, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, and strong communication abilities.
- Customer service experience to provide helpful support to clients.
