Role Overview

As a Lavazza Team Member at Applegreen Santry, you will be an essential part of the frontline team supporting daily business operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational activities to maintain smooth business functioning.
• Keep the shop floor clean and well-organized at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies.
• Prepare food items as required adhering to quality standards.
• Follow and implement the training materials specified in the Lavazza manual.
• Manage stock levels and conduct stock control procedures.
• Deliver an exceptional food experience for all customers.
• Collaborate closely with management to meet weekly and quarterly objectives.
