Sign Shop Outfitter

Overview

Under the supervision of the Assistant General Manager, the Sign Shop Outfitter is tasked with producing all in-store signage accurately and punctually, strictly adhering to the company's signage standards.

Key Duties

• Design and produce product signage across all retail departments, including advertisements and special event signs, following set retail signage guidelines.
• Input new sign details into the signage database.
• Carefully proofread completed signs to ensure correctness.
• Maintain sufficient stock of sign shop materials such as hang tags, sticky tags, paper, toner, sign holders, and inserts.
• Carry out audits of signage on the sales floor and address any issues found.
• Support store management with general administrative tasks when required.
• Assist various store areas as business demands.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or an equivalent credential.
• Strong proficiency with computers and capability to quickly master new software programs, as the role is mainly computer-focused.
• Previous experience in computer-based or administrative roles is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Professional and polite communication skills for interacting with business contacts and customers.
• Teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with others.
