About the Role

Bloxee Labs is seeking a creative and internet-savvy Short-Form Content Creator who deeply understands TikTok, Instagram, Gen Z culture, and the elements that captivate viewers and stop their scrolling. The position is remote and focuses on producing dynamic short-form content targeting international audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging TikTok slideshows and Instagram carousel posts.
• Create and edit short videos tailored for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Conduct research on trending content styles, sounds, hooks, and memes.
• Repurpose successful content ideas into innovative and varied formats.
• Craft natural, appealing captions and on-screen text to enhance content.
• Test various hooks and formats to optimize viewer engagement.
• Customize content to suit diverse audience demographics, countries, and trends.
• Collaborate with the team to refine content based on performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of TikTok and Instagram platforms.
• Familiarity with Gen Z and Western online culture, including humor, slang, memes, and writing approaches.
• Aptitude for creating content that feels organic instead of promotional.
• Experience with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Hypic, or comparable apps.
• Strong visual sense including design, typography, and storytelling through images.
• Ability to write compelling hooks that maintain audience interest.
• Creativity with a continuous flow of fresh ideas.
• Talent for identifying and analyzing content trends and their success factors.
• Quick learner with a penchant for experimentation and innovation.
• Open to feedback and capable of integrating it promptly into content creation.
• Dependable and self-motivated to work independently in a remote setup.
