As a Shift Supervisor with Cobra Coffee, a proud Starbucks UK franchise partner, you will lead shifts alongside a team of baristas to deliver the renowned Starbucks Experience with exceptional service and quality beverages. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to lead shifts, motivate the team, and foster the best experiences for customers and partners.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to delegate roles and enhance store profitability.
• Encourage and support team members by identifying opportunities for learning and sharing best practices.
• Manage daily store operations during shifts, including organizing opening and closing routines.
• Ensure compliance with Starbucks operational procedures such as cash handling and security for partner safety.
• Maintain consistent quality in beverages and food products by adhering to recipes and presentation standards, while following health, safety, and sanitation protocols.

Requirements

Applicants should have previous experience in coaching or supervisory roles within customer-facing environments. Experience in leading operational activities in retail or hospitality settings is preferred due to the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the role. Flexibility to work varied hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.
