About the Role

Responsibilities
- Consistently prepare and serve quality beverages, whole bean, and food items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist with daily store procedures such as opening and closing, cash handling, and maintaining safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations.
- Understand and respond to customer and store needs by familiarizing yourself with the environment and clientele.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by prioritizing the customer experience and fostering genuine interactions.
- Keep the workspace clean and well-organized for both customers and colleagues.
Additional Information
Work schedules include early mornings, evenings, and weekends due to store operating hours. Previous experience is not mandatory; passion and dedication to customer joy are key.
