Shift Manager

Overview

As a valued member of the Corporate Field Operations team at Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants in Orlando, FL, you will contribute significantly by supporting the General Manager through effective shift management that drives sales, profit targets, and superior guest and team experiences. This role emphasizes creating an outstanding workplace and ensuring top choice status for guests and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance sales and profitability by fostering guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations efficiently.
• Report any operational issues, employee concerns, or guest feedback to the General Manager promptly.
• Enforce adherence to policies and procedures during shifts while training team members about company operations and guest service standards.
• Address complaints and manage compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for both employees and guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably within Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) settings.
• Demonstrate basic mathematical skills necessary for operational tasks.
• Capability to work flexible schedules, including extended hours, adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
