Job description
Purpose of Your Role
At Checkers & Rallys, you will play a key role in improving lives by supporting Franchisees, Teams, and Guests. As a vital member of the Corporate Field Operations team, you will assist the General Manager by successfully managing shifts, meeting sales and profit targets, following operational procedures, and delivering exceptional service to both Guests and Team members. Your efforts will contribute to making the restaurant the top choice for our Guests and Employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profit growth by enhancing Guest satisfaction and overseeing restaurant operations.
- Report any issues or recommendations concerning the restaurant, staff, or Guests to the General Manager promptly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during shifts and provide training to Team Members on operations, policies, and Guest service standards.
- Address complaints, violations of policies, and procedure discrepancies effectively.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for both employees and Guests.
Qualifications and Skills
- Between 1 to 2 years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry, ideally within Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
- Basic proficiency in mathematics.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended hours.
- High energy level to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
