Responsibilities
- Lead by example while providing excellent customer service and resolving challenges efficiently.

- Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills throughout your shift.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards to prepare quality food and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility in work hours and availability.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Passion for leadership and a dedication to fostering team development.
- Physical ability to stand and be active during most of the shift.
- Reliable transportation to commute to your assigned store and occasional training locations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranging from $15.55 to $21.75.
