Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor your team, fostering growth and a positive work atmosphere
• Engage in effective problem-solving and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure adherence to proper procedures and uphold food safety standards
• Maintain flexibility in work schedule and availability
• Operate restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill
• Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment consistent with brand guidelines
• Secure reliable transportation to commute to the home store and occasional visits to other locations for training or tasks

Candidate Requirements

• Desire to lead, teach, and develop your team
• Commitment to promoting food safety and consistent operational procedures
• Ability to stand and move throughout most of your shift
• Flexibility with work scheduling
