About the Role

This full-time hourly position reports directly to the General Manager and offers flexible scheduling along with a workplace culture that values each employee. Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead shifts effectively, including training employees, ensuring food and restaurant safety, and maintaining guest satisfaction
• Delegate tasks efficiently to crew members and strive to meet shift goals
• Support Assistant and General Managers in achieving optimal restaurant performance focusing on kitchen operations, people management, and service quality
• Uphold company policies and brand standards by leading through example and fostering teamwork
