About the Role
This opportunity is with a independently owned McDonald’s franchise in Oakland, NJ, not directly managed by McDonald’s USA. The franchisee owns the license to operate the restaurant under McDonald's brand, and will be your employer responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee shift operations ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Lead and support crew and management team through planning and monitoring shift performance.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and scheduling to meet business goals.
- Communicate effectively with the next shift manager for smooth transition and continuous quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Provide coaching, training, and development to team members.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior leadership experience preferred, especially in restaurant, retail or hospitality sectors.
- Must be at least 18 years old for eligibility as a manager.
- Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
- Flexible schedule to meet shift demands.
