About the Role
Join the team as a Shift Manager at a McDonald’s restaurant owned by Valluzzo Company in Hattiesburg, MS, where you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling and a workplace that values your contribution. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee important operational areas including employee training, food safety compliance, and inventory control.

- Support the General Manager by supervising kitchen quality, safety, costs, and rollout of new menu offerings.

- Collaborate with the restaurant team to guarantee safe, efficient operations across all shifts.
Requirements
- Commitment to maintaining safety and excellence in the work environment.

- Capable of making quick decisions and providing solutions in a fast-paced setting.
- Preferably possess prior leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors.
