Role Overview
The Shift Manager will play a pivotal role in launching a new restaurant location, overseeing dynamic shifts, and establishing an energetic team culture. This leadership position involves hands-on involvement to ensure smooth operations, high-quality food, prompt service, and a clean environment from opening day onwards.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the successful opening of the new restaurant.
- Lead shift teams while upholding excellent operational standards.
- Guide, mentor, and develop new team members to build a cohesive unit.
- Enhance performance, maintain service consistency, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in operational setup and contribute to early-stage growth strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a supervisory or shift management role.
- Enthusiasm for new openings and team development.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the flexibility to adapt.
- High energy levels coupled with a positive, proactive mindset.
