Job Overview
This position is with a McDonald's franchisee who operates independently from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's branding and food products but manages all employment decisions autonomously. Key Duties
- Ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service every shift.
- Lead and supervise crew members and fellow managers to maintain excellent Food Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
- Manage shift planning and monitor ongoing performance, taking necessary actions to uphold company policies.
- Oversee safety, security, and profitability throughout the shift.
- Communicate shift details effectively with the incoming Shift Manager to facilitate seamless transitions.
- Meet departmental and shift-specific goals and targets.
- Maintain food safety standards strictly.
- Manage inventory, schedule staffing, and conduct necessary training.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior leadership experience is advantageous, preferably within restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong team player attitude with flexibility in work scheduling.
- Enjoy working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old to qualify as a manager.
