Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, guest services, and staff supervision
• Lead strategic planning for human resource processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance evaluations
• Coach, train, and inspire the team to ensure optimal performance and workplace morale
• Make informed business decisions related to inventory management, budgeting, and food cost control
• Maintain and enforce stringent food safety standards in line with company policies
• Ensure the safety of employees and guests by upholding company safety protocols
• Supervise all maintenance activities to maintain and exceed restaurant standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year of experience in leadership, team motivation, or staff development; US Military service is also accepted
• A strong commitment to safety and excellence in a fast-paced work environment
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
• Decision-making aptitude and problem-solving skills in a dynamic operational setting
