About the Role

Join B&Q as a Shift Lead at their Bamber Bridge location in England, where you will play a crucial role in managing store operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and staff. This permanent position involves shifts that start as early as 5am and finish as late as 10pm, with a full-time equivalent salary of 27,709.50 per annum, inclusive of pension contributions and 6.6 weeks of holiday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly across the entire store.
  • Deploy colleagues effectively to maximize customer engagement and service throughout your shift.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and team members during your shift.
  • Maintain store safety standards at all times, adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.
