Job description
Overview
We are seeking a Shift Lead for our B&Q store in Croydon, working 36.75 hours per week on a permanent contract. The full-time equivalent salary is 27,709.50 annually, which includes a 1.07 hourly store location allowance, plus pension benefits and 6.6 weeks of holiday. This keyholder position requires shifts starting as early as 5am and finishing as late as 11pm.
Role Summary
As a Shift Lead, you are essential in maintaining a safe and smoothly operating environment for both customers and colleagues. You will manage daily store activities during your shift, ensuring that the team is effectively deployed to deliver excellent customer service. Your role includes being the first point of contact and ensuring compliance with safety standards throughout the store.
