Shift Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a Shift Lead to join B&Q Crawley on a permanent full-time contract working 36.75 hours per week. The position includes a salary of £29,257.41 per annum (inclusive of a store-location allowance of £0.81 per hour), plus pension and 6.6 weeks of holiday entitlement. This keyholder role involves shifts starting as early as 5am and finishing as late as 10pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the central figure in daily store operations, ensuring activities run effectively throughout your shift.
• Manage team deployment to guarantee excellent customer service, aligning with B&Q's goal to "make every customer count."
• Act as the main contact point for both customers and colleagues during the shift.
• Ensure the store’s safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
