Shift Lead - Coleraine

Overview

We are seeking a Shift Lead to join B&Q in Coleraine on a permanent, full-time basis working 36.75 hours per week. This role is a keyholder position with shifts starting as early as 6am and finishing as late as midnight. The full-time equivalent annual salary is £27,709.50 plus pension and 6.6 weeks of holiday.

Role Summary

As a Shift Lead, you'll play an essential role in ensuring both colleagues and customers experience a safe and enjoyable environment. You'll oversee daily store operations, coordinate team deployment to maximize customer service, act as the primary contact for customers and staff during your shift, and maintain store safety at all times.
