Role Summary
The Shift Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of hotel machinery. Responsible for maintenance tasks on components like bearings, gears, belts, shafts, and controls, the engineer helps maintain seamless function of all critical equipment.
Professional conduct is key in upholding the Four Seasons' high standards, contributing both to the company’s reputation and a hospitable atmosphere for guests. Through technical competence and professionalism, the engineer supports an outstanding guest experience by ensuring all equipment operates flawlessly.

Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree related to engineering with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Four years of technical training and hands-on work in machinist or operational engineering roles.
- Certification from the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Experience with laundry, HVAC, kitchen machinery, and electrical systems.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Word.
- Strong communication skills to manage coordination and email follow-ups.
