About Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh
Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, located in the iconic Kingdom Tower, is a landmark hotel in the capital of Saudi Arabia offering luxurious hospitality combining authentic Saudi heritage with modern craftsmanship. The hotel features 276 rooms including 39 suites, three dining venues seating 250 guests, extensive event facilities spanning 7,213 square meters, and a prestigious spa and wellness center with eight treatment rooms for men and one exclusively for women.
Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator will manage the follow-up on sales leads and inquiries, coordinate amenities arrangements, and confirm reservations and upgrades. This role supports sales activities across Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Rooms departments. The position requires teamwork, creativity, and dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Open exclusively to Saudi nationals to comply with Saudization policies.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales roles.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or administrative experience is an advantage.
- Strong business writing proficiency and fluency in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proactive in meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
- Highly organized with strong administrative capabilities.
