Role Overview

We invite experienced professionals to express interest in positions including ServiceNow Developer, ITSM Consultant, or Architect. This role is critical in implementing, configuring, and managing the ServiceNow platform to facilitate business process automation and deliver efficient IT service management across various organizational units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in the complete ServiceNow implementation lifecycle encompassing requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Design and configure diverse ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (covering Incident, Problem, and Change Management), ITOM, HRSD, and others tailored to business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and related technologies.
  • Create workflows, business rules, and automation scripts to streamline operations and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with IT departments, business stakeholders, and fellow ServiceNow professionals to ensure alignment of platform solutions with business objectives.
  • Deliver post-deployment support including troubleshooting, platform maintenance, and issue resolution.
  • Produce and update comprehensive documentation related to processes, configurations, and solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and ITIL frameworks.
  • Manage upgrades, patches, and new releases to maintain platform stability and extend platform capabilities.
  • Provide training and assistance to end-users and junior team members as required.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow roles such as Developer, Consultant, or Administrator.
  • In-depth understanding of ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, ITOM, Virtual Agent, and Application Portfolio Management (APM).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, Web Services, and similar integration methods.
  • Solid grasp of ITIL best practices and their application within IT service management.
  • Experience working within Agile project management environments.

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.
  • Experience with advanced ServiceNow components like Discovery, Performance Analytics, Orchestration, and Security Incident Response.
  • Strong analytical ability for problem solving and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
