ServiceNow Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join our team in Australia on a permanent, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow administration and development, providing strategic consultation to stakeholders and solving both business process and technical challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality, reliable ServiceNow solutions, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
• Engage actively with customers through all phases from initial scoping and design to development and final delivery.
• Support pre-sales initiatives and assist with brand promotion when needed.
• Participate in company and client events to represent and promote ServiceNow products and services.
• Collaborate with colleagues during social and professional gatherings to strengthen team dynamics.

Required Experience and Skills

• Substantial experience performing administrative and development roles within ServiceNow.
• Proven skill in influencing and advising stakeholders by offering well-rounded options including advantages, disadvantages, and risks.
• Strong independent and collaborative working capabilities for efficient delivery.
• Experience in ServiceNow pre-sales activities considered an advantage.
• Track record of implementing robust and best-practice ServiceNow solutions.
• Expertise in ServiceNow automation integrations using Orchestration and Web Services.
• Familiarity working in cross-functional Agile teams.

Qualifications and Certifications

• University degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Certifications as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist are highly regarded.
