Overview

This position entails administration and development on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on various modules and capabilities to support IT service management and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement ITSM, ITOM, and ITSM Pro functionalities.
• Handle Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management workflows.
• Design and maintain Service Catalogs and Workflow processes.
• Manage Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) structures.
• Implement Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.
• Integrate systems using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop using JavaScript, GlideScript, and GlideRecord.
• Create business rules, script includes, and client scripts.
• Configure UI policies and UI actions.
• Implement Access Control Lists (ACLs) for security enforcement.
• Utilize Flow Designer and Workflow Editor tools.
• Develop and maintain Service Portal and UI Builder components.
• Use Performance Analytics to monitor and improve service metrics.
• Manage upgrades and overall instance administration.
