Overview
This position requires a seasoned Atlassian Consultant with over three years of hands-on experience in Jira administration, automation, and AI-enhanced solutions for enterprise-level Atlassian platforms. Candidates must possess deep expertise working with Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence. Additionally, the role demands proficiency in automation, Python scripting, system migrations, and platform upgrades.
The job location is in India with the expectation to operate during Central European Time (CET) working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee configuration and administration of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence at an enterprise scale, including scripting with Python.
- Create and maintain customized workflows, permission schemes, custom fields, dashboards, and reporting tools that meet business requirements.
- Develop and manage automation workflows using Jira Automation, ScriptRunner (Groovy), REST APIs, and webhooks.
- Lead major Atlassian platform projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and migrations such as Server/Data Center to Cloud and Cloud-to-Cloud transitions.
- Conduct migration readiness evaluations, execute data cleansing, verify app compatibility, and validate post-migration functionality.
