Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant (BPC) specializing in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to lead workshops, demonstrate solutions, create user stories, and offer strategic advisory support.
Key Responsibilities
- Redesign the customer's CMDB and manage data integrations from their current 24/7 operational ServiceNow environment.
- Provide ongoing support across various workstreams by facilitating design discussions with the customer to align on solutions.
Additional Information
This role requires availability to collaborate actively with multiple teams and ensure the CMDB redesign and related integrations meet customer requirements effectively.
